8. Kittens in the scrub

At the port, where I have been working for 8 years, were very few reming cats. We counted approx 23. Under the filthy rocks appeared 2 very dear kittens with eyes all runny and starving. Straight into the carrier they went and to the vets for anti biotics and treatment. 2 other new comers were peeking through the rocks, thin starving full of worms..not neutered, luckily friendly, in the carriers they went for neutering. Look at the difference 4 days made to them. they are also at my home in Alghero being cared for.

These are pictures of some Porto Conte kittens... the red tabby is a mother of several babies, all of them now have a home. They are healthy and playful.

The day they were saved, they were in very poor condition.
