Waiting for new homes

This is Joules.  There is quite a story behind his arrival at Romney House.  In August some friends of RH saw him run over by a van.  After the accident he dragged himself away into some woods which is where he had been living.  The friends returned later with a cat carrier and attempted to catch him.  Poor Joules had lost the use of his back legs but he still put up a fight.  So since then he has been looked after at the vets and has made a good recovery (although he cannot jump yet).  

When I met him I didnt know his history.  He came straight up to me, had some treats and was happily rubbing round and being petted.  I couldn't believe it when I found out he was a living rough.  We arent sure what sort of home he needs yet.  But he deserves a happy life after all...

As we have got to know him its pretty clear he is not feral, but must have had a home at some point.  He loves people and spends time on anyones lap given oportunity.
