We will send you a certificate, a photograph & reminder of how you have helped to save & improve their lives. These very special resident cats are free to live indefinately around the grounds of Romney House. A small direct debit can greatly help with the running costs incurred, being able to rely on any amount of stable income, can help the centre enormously.

Sybil came from Ireland with her sister and 4 kittens. We did not know what kittens belonged to whom as they shared them. Louis was discovered in Peckham Mens Public Toilets - very wet!! He was also covered in ticks and fleas, full of worms - and very aggressive! And he was only about 5wks old! Not a good start but he has improved a lot - but not enough to be homeable! Jo Jo seems to be the girl's favourite - they all fight for his attention! He is the boss in the back garden. After 2yrs he decided one day that he would like to try how it felt to be stroked - and he loved it! A very lovely cat that has an important job in the garden. Oliver was a terrified semi feral who turned up at a friend's back door asking for food. The resident cats did not approve of this and chased him off. He was desperate for a home even though he was wild, within 6 months he became very trusting - even venturing into the house. He is a real gentle boy who looks after all the newcomers.Sybil
Unfortunately Sybils sister Caroline came with medical problems and sadly had to be put to sleep.
Sybil took on all 6 kittens and did a great job. Her nervous state kept her from being homed but she lives at Romney House very happily and is found every evening cuddles up to big fluffy Dexter!Louis
